At Pixso, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable service experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users can cancel their service bookings made through the Pixso mobile application (“App”).
Before Acceptance:
You can cancel your booking free of charge if the service provider has not yet accepted the request.
After Acceptance:
If the booking is cancelled after a service provider has accepted it, a cancellation fee may be applicable.
After Service Provider Arrival:
If the service provider has already arrived at your location, cancellation may result in a full or partial charge.
After Service Start:
Cancellation is not allowed once the service has started, and no refund will be issued.
If a service provider cancels the booking, you will be eligible for a full refund (if payment was made).
Pixso may assist in rebooking the service with another provider, subject to availability.
In cases such as weather conditions, technical issues, or other unavoidable situations, bookings may be cancelled.
Users will be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to Pixso’s Refund Policy.
The time taken for refunds may vary depending on the payment method.
